🧱 Surface Preparation
✔ Surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust and oil
✔ Surface moisture must be below 5%
✔ Cracks should be repaired using GR–Putty
✔ Apply GR–WB Primer epoxy primer before installation
⚙️ Application Method
1️⃣ Mix Component A (resin) with Component B (hardener) until uniform
2️⃣ Add terrazzo aggregates while mixing with a low-speed mixer
3️⃣ Apply the mixture to the prepared surface using a trowel
4️⃣ Level the surface to the desired finish
5️⃣ Allow to cure under controlled conditions
🪵 Grinding & Polishing
🌀 Grind the surface using a terrazzo floor grinding machine
✨ Expose the aggregates and achieve the final desired finish
🛡️ Apply a final transparent protective topcoat
⚠️ Health & Safety
✅ Product is safe after full curing
🧤 Wear protective gloves during application
👁️ In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water
