🛠 How to Use
- Calculate the required amount of resin accurately using the above formula.
- Mix Part A and Part B at a ratio of 2:1 using an electric mixer for up to 5 minutes, ensuring the mixer reaches all edges of the mixing container.
- Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then mix again for 3 minutes to ensure complete homogenization.
- Allow the mixture to sit for 10 minutes to release any air bubbles.
During pouring:
- Pour slowly and from a very close distance to the surface to avoid air entrapment.
- Leave it for 10 minutes, then gently pass a heat torch over the surface to remove bubbles, avoiding direct heat exposure.
Mold Preparation:
Ensure the mold or wooden frame used for casting is perfectly level, sealed, clean, and free from any cracks or openings, as the resin has a water-like consistency and may leak through even the smallest gaps.
Post-Pour Monitoring:
Check the surface every 30 minutes during the first 3 hours, especially with wooden inserts or embedded objects.
Ideal Environment:
Place the project in a cool, enclosed room free from dust and humidity, at a temperature not lower than 18°C.
💡 Tips for Best Results
- Add a few drops of light blue alcohol ink to enhance transparency and reduce yellowing over time.
- Always use clean and dry tools.
- Do not mix at high speed to prevent air buildup.
- Do not apply direct flame to the resin when using a torch.
- Avoid moving the mold after pouring.
